Set up your organization.

Create the company once, send one link, and your team's checks roll up to you — counts and catches only, never their file contents.

I run the company

Name it once. You'll get a private join link to send your billers — anyone who opens it lands in your organization automatically.

I was invited

Your admin sends you a link — opening it joins you automatically, so most people never touch this box. Paste the code only if you were given one on its own (it's the part after ?join=).

Not part of a company? You don't need this page at all — just check your files. Organizations only exist so an owner can see team totals.

You're a member. Your checks count toward the team totals — your admin sees numbers, never your files.

rotate

Send this link to your billers. Opening it puts them in your organization as a member — they check their own files, you see the totals, never their files. The same code is your practice’s team token — staff paste it at sign-in instead of creating accounts, and their checks land in this workspace. Use the invite link only for admins who need their own sign-in. Rotate when someone leaves: it kills the old token and the old link together.
